The Covid-19 situation is changing daily. We are continuing to assess the situation and are making changes accordingly. For the time being, Kai USA will continue to limit access to our offices and warehouse to Kai USA employees only. However, we are happy to announce that our Warranty Department is NOW OPEN for in-person drop-off service once again. Please see below for details.

  • If you are a vendor: Please phone or email your Kai USA representative.
  • For warranty, sharpening, or parts requests: Our Warranty Department is open for in-person drop-off service Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Please bring in knives by 4 PM for same-day service. We continue to have specific rules in place for the safety of our customers and employees. Please see our Warranty and Sharpening pages for complete information.

Of course, you may continue to request warranty service, sharpening service, and parts requests (for Kershaw and ZT only) through the Warranty and Sharpening pages on our website.

To help ensure the health and safety of our employees, social distancing guidelines continue within our facilities. As a result, turnaround- times may be longer than usual. Please check our Warranty and Sharpening pages for updates.
