The Pure Komachi 2 Multi-Utility Knife offers a partially serrated blade with a slim, tapered shape and pointed tip. It’s the perfect size for smaller jobs on a cutting board. But the pointed tip works well for boning smaller cuts of meat or filleting fish, too. The curved, plain, front edge is ideal for slicing shallots, garlic, or herbs. The back serrations cut through foods with tougher exteriors, like avocados or citrus.
